Our Mission To Children
We provide engaging clubs for children and training resources for adults in local churches.
GNC Clubs
The Good News Clubs are weekly clubs for kids! Our trained volunteers meet with children in a variety of settings. CEF Kitsap has clubs after school in homes, churches, community centers and just about anywhere that children can easily and safely meet (with their parent's permission of course).
Each club consists of fun songs, games, a snack and both lessons from the Bible and a missionary story. The missionary stories are a favorite of those who attend. Children learn about the life of Joni Eareckson Tada, Isobel Kuhn and many more. Each Bible Lesson shares the good news of the Gospel which is why our clubs are called GOOD NEWS CLUBS! The scheduled curriculum plan is below.
If you'd like to join an existing club, you can register today! ALL children age 5-12 are invited, some clubs can accommodate younger children as well.
If you'd like to start a club in your home or church, please CLICK HERE to contact us and we'll work with you to get started.

What is a 5-Day Club?
Our 5-Day Clubs are held in the summer months and taught by our trained Christian Youth in Action teens. These teens provide the children with an action packed time full of songs, high energy games, an exciting Bible lesson, and an unforgettable missionary story. They last about 90 minutes each day for 5 days in a row.
Who are Christian Youth in Action teens?
These teens are missionaries in training that have be taught how to lead clubs, teach the Bible lessons, songs, memory verses and missionary stories. Our teens are always supervised by an adult.
What is required to host a club?
The host is responsible for providing a safe location, usually a back yard, community center, or church. We also ask hosts to provide the children a snack and water.
Because we take child safety seriously, all our hosts must complete our background screening: Click here to Volunteer as a Host
How much does it cost?
CEF of Kitsap provides our 5-Day Clubs free of charge. Donations are gladly accepted, but not required.
